Please note that residents of Richards Farm elect representatives to the following special district boards:
Richards Farm Metropolitan District
Jefferson County School District
Arvada Fire District
Regional Transportation District (RTD)
Apex Park & Recreation District
Also, in addition to the District 1 representative on the Arvada City Council, residents of Richards Farm also participate in the election of the City Mayor (currently Marc Williams) and two at-large City Council representatives (currently filled by Dot Miller and Bob Fifer).
At the County level, residents also elect the county assessor, county clerk and recorder, corner, district attorney, sheriff, surveyor and treasurer -- all to 4-year terms of office.
Finally, at the state level, residents also participate in the election of the State Governor and, at the Federal level, the President and Vice President of the United States.
